Contacts, location, price list, credit limit and payment terms per customer. Credit changes go through approval and every decision is recorded. Cash-only terms, credit holds and due dates are enforced automatically at order time.
Routes, beats & visits
Plan weekly beats per rep; the field team checks in with GPS at each customer. Visit history, photos and outcomes build a full picture of market coverage, with a supervisor coverage board.
Quick Order
Pick the customer, add products with live van or warehouse availability, confirm. Order, bilingual invoice and delivery are created together — no retyping. Stock is reserved immediately and deducted on delivery.
Payments & deliveries
Collect full or partial payments against pre-selected open invoices. Deliveries move through pending, assigned, in-transit and delivered, with a driver per trip.
